My leadership philosophy is built on two core beliefs. First, I believe in servant leadership: my primary role is to create an environment where talented engineers can do their best work. I focus on clarifying the "what" and the "why" and then trust the team with the "how". I empower them with the autonomy to own their tasks, make technical decisions, and take pride in the outcome.

Second, I believe that growth is the goal. This is the transformational side of my approach. Autonomy is paired with deliberate mentorship, creating a space where people can build on their strengths and tackle their weaknesses. Psychological safety is just as important as technical skill. Team members must feel safe to experiment, to ask questions, and even to fail. My job is to foster a culture where learning, high performance, and personal growth all coexist.
